Yes, but read this before you run off to buy anything.

Probiotics can also help you better absorb all that delicious protein and the other nutrients in your diet.

Multi, B, or D

We love talking about B and D vitamins here. It’s because they’re crucial to energy levels and the general feeling of being alive and functional. That’s why sunlight feels so good after being indoors for too long or a few days of overcast weather. And, if you’re unsure where to begin in your supplement journey, a multivitamin is a great place to start. Plus, many formulations are targeted just for men, so it takes the additional guesswork out for you.


Magnesium is great to add to your routine if you’re having trouble sleeping. It’s also important for bone health. Magnesium, unfortunately, isn’t included in all multivitamin formulations, so it’s important to keep this in mind.
